Hi,

After the interest of the last post of orienteering for kids, I decided to add some more information about the subject of navigation for kids (orienteering for kids).

In order to start the activities of orienteering with your kids, you need to know some information about how to do orienteering. I think it is very easy and there are  lots of clubs around the world and even courses that will teach you a about the subject.

• Orienteering For the Young - very useful guide of the US Orienteering Federation, that will teach you the basic of  orienteering with kids.
• Ozone for kids – Very nice site of the British Orienteering  that will help you to understand in visual way the subject of  Orienteering for kids
• British Orienteering -  if you are british… it is for professional and not specially for kids 
• Orienteering Australia - for professional but you can find local clubs and events
• New Zealand Orienteering Federation – New Zealand
• Orienteering in Ireland – Ireland
• Canadian Orienteering Federation - Canada
• Orienteering Equipment store – Online store of orienteering equipment like Orienteering Compass
